SHIPPING

  •  When will I receive my shipment?

As we ship via US Postal Service, we cannot guarantee shipping time; however average shipping times for Domestic US is 5-7 Days and International is 10-20 days after the product has shipped.

      • How is shipping and handling calculated?

Our shipping and handling is a flat rate 0f 20%.

International shipping time can change due to customs and local postal couriers. Customers are responsible for all duty and custom charges.

      • How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

      • Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following locations:

United States and Canada.

      •  My order never arrived what do I do?

      • For international orders, how long until my order arrives?

Tracking for USPS First Class is not updated in real-time, and sometimes not updated at all, especially for international deliveries. However, it is quite normal for international shipments to generally take 1-4 weeks, sometimes even up to 6 weeks based on the customs agency at destination. If it does still not arrive to you by the end of the 6 weeks, please contact us.

      • Why hasn’t my international tracking information changed?

USPS First Class service does not offer up-to-date live tracking on international orders. If you have received the tracking number, you can be assured your order has been shipped. International shipping times vary from 1-6 weeks, depending on customs. Please contact us if it has exceeded 6 weeks (30 Business Days).

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

      • Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Please ensure that all the information is correct for your order at time of purchase.  We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed.

      • What is your return policy?

There are no exchanges or returns on any items.  All clothing is made to order so make sure your order is correct before placing it.

Sale items are non-refundable.

      •  What is your Exchange Policy?

No unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on orders.

      • I received the wrong product, what do I do now?

If your sizing does not appear, we are currently out of stock.

We do not control stock, check back often.

You can pay using Amex, Visa or Mastercard via Paypal.

      •  How secure is the site?

We do not process credit card information on this website, it is done through Paypal which is completely safe.
